Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Munich, Germany.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we process orders as quickly as possible, you must submit any change or cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this timeframe will unfortunately be declined.

However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Please note that during holidays and sales periods, processing times may be longer.

We process orders Monday through Friday.

Processing takes 1–3 business days from the order date, and shipping takes place the following day.

No shipments are made on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, delivery may take up to one week.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it has been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund.

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in EUR.

This means you may be responsible for paying customs duties and taxes when you receive your order.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by you.
